Custom Wedding Cakes

Out Back Kitchen is the custom wedding cake designer on Hatteras Island. Our cakes range from traditional to comtemporary in style.

We proudly feature our "Hatteras Seaside Cake" decorated in handmade sugar seashells that can be made in any flavor, but if you want something completely different, just share your ideas with us and we'll make it happen.

Some of our previous designs include:

A three-tiered cake in the shape of a sandcastle with white chocolate and candy sea shells
A Groom's cake for a fisherman husband-to-be in the shape of a red drum fish
A cascading tower of pink and white, bite-sized cupcakes
Tiers of Tiramisu cake topped with beach chairs and a sun umbrella
